This house was my fourth one in the prestigious Brandwacht Aan Rivier development. It was a huge compliment to me, because the client was referred to me by the architects who are appointed by the Home Owners Association to evaluate all Brandwacht aan Rivier building plans for aesthetic approval, prior to municipal submission.

The client needs large inter flowing entertainment areas for hearty socializing, as well as private family space. With a very young daughter, safety and security is a priority. The professional husband also needed a home office with a private entrance for his clients.
