I am a professional architectural draughtsman based in Stellenbosch. Although I have done work in areas as far as Namibia and Mozambique, I specialize in the Boland environment and have good relationship with the Stellenbosch Municipality as well as those of nearby suburbs of the City of Cape Town.

In just over a decade I have assisted more than 350 satisfied customers to realise their plans. Some were dream homes, newly built, while others were ‘need to do’ projects, such as garage-into-baby-room conversions or boundary enclosures to keep the family safe. My work includes residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings.

BeauTech will happily get involved in big or small projects, with the only limits set out by the South African Council for Architectural Professionals identification of work policy*.

If you wish, I will see a project through the building phase or I can put you in contact with reliable contractors.

With my gained experience I am comfortable making recommendations about ‘what works’ and ‘what not’ – practically, aesthetically as well as cost-wise. However, that being said, I have no desire to make a statement. I will happily allow your input and the final product can reflect your style, with my ‘signature’ taking a back seat.

Since registering professionally in 2006, I have been continually developing my skills by keeping up with new trends and legislation. I believe in doing things with legal and environmental integrity.

I have a background in Town and Regional Planning and can offer advice during the initial conceptualising of your plans. If you need assistance for Consent Use-, Departure or Rezoning Applications, I can help, or in difficult cases refer you to good planning professionals.
