Eden was about 20 years old at the time and most of the 114m2, 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom /1 garage units have been enlarged.  I was involved in three of these projects, but this one was very special to me.  It was the house next door to and a mirror image of the one I lived in for 15 years!  We added approximately 130% to the internal floor space, plus 95m2 patio areas of varying enclosure.
