I have worked with Natalie before and when she bought the quaint little house in Die Boord, we set about to do some ‘additions and alterations’, as well as the required town planning applications in order to establish the Baruch Guest House.  Though a lot of ‘additions’ were required in order to allow for enough space to have a successful guest house, we did not want to compromise on the essence of the cottage – such as the heart of the house, which is what made it special in the first place. We added 75% more floor space and I believe we succeeded!
