This client was referred to me by a builder she had approached for a quote on the building cost. The work included a conversion of her garage into habitable rooms, as the family requirements have changed since they originally built the house in the 1980’s.

Subsequently the cars had to be accommodated elsewhere with secured and shaded parking. A further issue that needed to be addressed was that the boundary wall, which also fullfils a retaining function, was collapsing. A properly engineered wall replaced it.
